Damages & Breakages: ~ Please report any damage, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them. ~ Please refrain from moving or rearranging furniture from one area of the home to another area to avoid risk of breakage or damage. ~ The cost of any damages or breakages caused by negligence may be deducted from security deposit Parking: only 2 free parking spaces are available in designated guest parking area per reservation. Guest must provide host with make and model of vehicle parked on property. No unregistered vehicles will be allowed to be parked on property, there is a $50 per day fine deducted from security deposit for unregistered vehicles parked on property. unless otherwise negotiated with host. No parking is allowed in front of garage area. Cleaning & Maintenance: ~ No eating or dinking in bedrooms. ~ Please wash all dishes and take out all trash to outside garbage bin before checkout to avoid additional cleaning fee being deducted from deposit. ~ Please remove all bedding and towels used during stay, place on laundry area floor. Registered guests / Minor Children There is a $35 per day fine deducted from security deposit for unregistered guests staying on the property, unless otherwise negotiated with host. ~ All adult guest staying on property must provide a government issued ID before reservation is approved, Guest must provide all age and number of minor children staying at the property. No minor children are to be left unattended in home without adult supervision. ~ Blocking or obstructing the view of any video surveillance camera is a rules violation that can lead to immediate termination of reservation at the property. ~ Unregistered guest are not allowed at the property, without prior approval. Check-out Instructions: ~ Check out time is 10am all guest are required to be Checked out, There will be an additional $50 charge for late checkouts. ~ Please shut and lock all windows and doors when leaving the property and remember to log out of all apps on smart TV’s and return all remotes to there proper locations.

Guest will have access to the entire property excluding the garage, and 2 storage closet inside home.
